The Change of Direction Belt uses a continuous loop design with a free-moving D-ring that slides around the belt, keeping the line of pull aligned with the machine as the athlete rotates. This allows for smooth, uninterrupted 360° movement during change of direction, multi-turn, and reactive drills without getting pulled out of position.
